Shipping Policy

At H-One Arts, each order is carefully packed to help protect our marble vessels, wickless candles, acrylic keepsakes, and home décor during transit.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Custom or personalized acrylic items may require additional production time. The estimated processing time will be shown on the product page or at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available when your order reaches the minimum purchase amount shown at checkout.

Suggested wording:

Canada: Free shipping on orders over CAD $150
United States: Free shipping on orders over USD $175

Orders below the free-shipping threshold may be charged a flat or calculated shipping rate.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, customs processing, or carrier delays.

H-One Arts is not responsible for delays once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to help if an issue occurs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, H-One Arts will arrange customs declaration and, where applicable, ship orders with duties and tariffs handled on our end. This means customers should not be required to pay additional customs duties or tariffs when receiving their package.

Applicable sales taxes, shipping fees, or other charges shown at checkout will be collected at the time of purchase.

Please note that delivery times may still be affected by customs review, carrier processing, weather, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. H-One Arts is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact us and we will help you check the status with the carrier.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your household, building concierge, neighbors, or local post office first. We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist with a carrier claim where possible.
