We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us right away if there is any issue.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from wax melting, fragrance use, damage, or signs of wear
  • Approved by us before being shipped back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized acrylic plaques
  • Used candles or wax refills
  • Items that have been warmed, melted, burned, or used
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse, dropping, improper storage, or improper candle warmer use

Marble & Natural Stone Disclaimer

Our marble vessels and décor pieces are made from natural stone. Each piece is unique and may include natural variations such as:

  • Different veining patterns
  • Color variation
  • Mineral lines
  • Crystal texture
  • Small natural pits or pores
  • Slight edge or surface irregularities

These natural characteristics are part of the beauty of marble and are not considered defects.

Because marble is a natural material, no two pieces will look exactly alike.

Small Chips, Cracks, or Transit Damage

Marble is heavy and delicate. Although we carefully package every order, small chips or damage may occasionally happen during shipping.

If your item arrives chipped, cracked, or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the outer shipping box
  • Photos of the inner packaging materials
  • A photo of the shipping label

This helps us file a claim with the carrier and determine the best solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit
  • A full refund if the item is unusable or severely damaged

Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

Minor Imperfections

Tiny natural pits, mineral marks, subtle unevenness, or slight color/vein differences are not considered damage.

For very small cosmetic chips that do not affect the function of the item, we may offer a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
