Product Safety Questions
If you have any questions about how to safely use our wickless candles, wax refills, Jesmonite jars, marble vessels, or other products, please contact us before using the product.
Our wickless candles and wax refills are designed for use with a compatible top-down electric candle warmer only. They should not be lit, burned, or used with an open flame.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item may be defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us review your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Please do not continue using any product that appears cracked, broken, leaking, unstable, overheated, or unsafe.
